The latest Urban Thinking event, Inclusive City: childhood, gender and universal accessibility was held, building on the earlier meetings that covered Active City and Sustainable City.
Some of the questions that were raised to initiate conversation and discussion with the people in attendance were: What’s an inclusive city like? How do we promote an inclusive urban development? What challenges does our city have to overcome to be inclusive? But not before addressing the questions of Children in the city, led by Paola Bernal, an expert in that area, Gender issues in the city, led by Inés Novella, and Inclusion, led by Eliana Pires.
This was the final event in the Urban Thinking cycle developed by Distrito Castellana Norte in collaboration with Impact Hub, which successfully created forums to discuss the issues that concern everyone who lives in a city.
