Madrid Nuevo Norte project actions

Madrid Nuevo Norte uses a dense, compact and mixed-use city model to generate public spaces full of life, with building-space values of dense cities between 1.05 - 1.75, which makes it possible to create a city with activity at all hours of the day and night. As part of the gender analysis and the framework of universal accessibility, measures will be considered to make public spaces more dynamic and maintain high levels of lighting to maintain high levels of safety.
