Madrid Nuevo Norte project actions

The project is expected to create 348,064 jobs in Spain, of which 85% (296,122) will be new jobs in the Region of Madrid: 149,622 during the construction phase and 146,500 in the activity phase.

What is the impact?

The creation of direct and indirect jobs in Madrid Nuevo Norte will provide a number of additional low-skilled jobs in the city of Madrid, which will have a noticeable positive impact on people living in households with low work intensity.
