3.9 Reduce the number of deaths and illnesses caused by pollution
Target description
The indicators that assess the impact of these actions by Madrid Nuevo Norte were prepared based on the 169 targets associated with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the targets taken on by the Madrid City Council and localised for the city.

3.9 By 2030, substantially reduce the number of deaths and illnesses from hazardous chemicals and air, water and soil pollution and contamination.

M 3.9 By 2030, increase the percentage of food samples analysed that comply with regulations.
M 3.10 By 2030, 99% of tap water samples will be fit for consumption.

Proportion of the area with activities that could potentially pollute the soil (active or not) with respect to the total area.
